Alexandra Carelli, MA, PhD student in Transpersonal Psychology, is an artist, writer, visionary dreamworker, relational ecologist, and sacred steward of transformation. She is the creator of the ThetaSoma™ method and the host of The Cosmic Soul Podcast & Substack. Her work bridges dream studies, earth-based spirituality, and relational ecology, with a mythopoetic, research-driven lens.

Guided by powerful, initiatory dreams since early-adulthood, Alexandra walks a path where the imaginal, the ancestral, and the ecological intersect. Dreams do not merely inform her work—they guide it, opening pathways of insight, healing, and instruction. One such dream—of a black Crow at her bedside, offering golden pebbles from its beak—marked the recognition of her calling: to become a bridge between worlds, carrying medicine from the unseen into the waking world.

She could no longer wait for the right moment—it was time to awaken her power.

Rooted in transpersonal psychology, mythic studies, and earth-honoring consciousness, Alexandra’s work integrates over a decade of practice in yoga, Ayurveda, tarot, visionary dreamwork, ritual arts, ecotherapy, somatic healing, and trauma-informed care. These threads weave into immersive, transformative spaces where personal and planetary healing unfold—where the symbolic speaks, the body remembers, and the soul awakens to its own intelligence.

As a scholar, she is pioneering research on visionary dreamwork, Indigenous earthdreaming traditions, and the reclamation of polyphasic consciousness as a pathway to relational and ecological renewal. Her forthcoming book, The Earth Dreams Through Me, blends memoir, visionary experience, and dream scholarship into a new framework for working with dreams in times of planetary transition.

Her own initiatory journey—through heartbreak, mystical visions, deep healing, and the unraveling of cultural conditioning—became the living root of her transformational modality, ThetaSoma™. This method draws on the neuroplastic capacity of the psyche to reorganize itself when anchored in safety, presence, and perceptual diversity. It is the foundation for her upcoming program, The Root of Transformation.
